Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns, with a particular emphasis on solutions for manufacturing process control, robotics, and general industrial applications.
  • Build and enhance brand awareness, with a focus on the company’s technical expertise and innovative product offerings.
  • Work closely with company leadership to produce high-quality content, including case studies, press releases, and campaign materials.
  • Distribute content effectively across appropriate platforms and channels to maximise visibility and engagement.
  • Manage social media accounts with a strategic and campaign-driven approach.
  • Oversee the company website, working with external resources to optimise SEO and improve design.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to create impactful marketing materials, including videos and photographs, to support campaigns.
  • Analyse feedback and performance metrics to suggest and implement improvements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Utilise marketing software and AI tools to increase efficiency and execution speed.
  • Take responsibility for the marketing department, fostering innovation and promoting sustainable, long-term growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in marketing, ideally within a technical or engineering-focused industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to gather insights and coordinate effectively across teams.
  • Strong expertise in PR, media engagement, and social media management.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and capable of driving results with minimal supervision.
  • A strong interest in the manufacturing and technology sectors, combined with a passion for marketing.
  • Experience in SEO, website optimisation, and campaign data analysis is highly desirable.
