Adam is a Co-Founder and Managing Director of T3DMC. With a Masters Degree in Engineering from University of Birmingham and over 13 years dedicated 3D measurement industry experience, Adam has worked on all types of projects including explosion testing on glass laminate, high velocity projectile analysis on engine casings and long term verification of part maturation through use of automated scanning processes; building relationships with institutions and companies such as Imperial College London, Rolls Royce Aerospace, and Jaguar Land Rover.

Neal is a Co-Founder and Technical Director of T3DMC. With 24 years of industry experience, Neal started out as an apprentice with a large manufacturing company in the West Midlands and in 2013, established the T3DMC business with Adam; building a strong customer base with a focus on customer relationship building and excellent service. Neal now leads the service division of the business using 3D scanning to provide inspection reporting, quality services and reverse engineering.

Rebecca joined the T3DMC team in May 2017 with a degree in Business and Law and an extensive background in Office Administration and wide experience across a range of Industries. Rebecca manages all the key office functions including internal sales progressing, online orders and the ongoing adherence to ISO 9001 – 2015 certification.

Aftersales Support Manager
Scott joined T3DMC in March 2017 as an Applications Engineer and now runs the After Sales Support function of our product sales. Scott is a Design Engineering graduate with a background in CAD and has over 10 years industry experience. Scott has worked closely with our full portfolio of 3D scanning products and has helped deliver high quality projects and product demonstrations across a wide range of industries and applications.

Following John’s First Class Honours degree in Motorsport Engineering, he joined the T3DMC team in March 2020 as a Junior Engineer progressing to Applications Engineer in early 2021. With nearly 2 years industry experience John is a key part of the engineering team, working on 3D scanning and complex customer inspection projects. John has also been a key player in developing the T3DMC PSA/VDI certification process which is invaluable for T3DMC’s certification in UKAS ISO 9001-2015.

Chloe began her career with T3DMC as a Metrology Apprentice in 2019 and then joined full time as Business Support Assistant in September 2021. With 2 years industry experience Chloe has gained experience within all areas of the business from 3D scanning support through to office administration in addition to supporting the ongoing development of our website.
