3D Scanning Rotation Table – 350mm or 500mm

Price range: £650.00 through £850.00 + VAT

Rotate small and medium-sized components through 360° from one working position. Designed specifically for 3D scanning, the T3DMC rotation table combines a flat, stable surface with smooth machine-bearing rotation, recessed reference dots and non-slip rubberised feet. Available in 350mm and 500mm sizes, with a maximum load of 80kg.

Purpose-built for 3D scanning

The T3DMC 3D scanning rotation table makes it easier to capture small and medium-sized components from multiple angles while remaining in one working position.

Unlike a general-purpose turntable, it has been engineered specifically for scanning applications. Its flat, stable surface provides dependable support for the component, while internal machine bearings deliver smooth, consistent rotation and long-term durability—even when working with heavier parts.

Protect your reference setup

Reference dots are recessed into the top surface of the table, helping to protect them from contact and damage when components are placed or repositioned.

This reduces the need to repeatedly apply new markers and helps preserve a stable reference setup over repeated scanning projects. Rubberised feet underneath the table also help prevent slipping, keeping the complete setup secure as the component is rotated.

Capture components from every angle

Place the component securely in the centre of the table and rotate it through 360° as you scan. This reduces the need to repeatedly move around the part and allows you to maintain a clear view of the scanner and laptop screen throughout data capture.

Once the accessible surfaces have been scanned, the component can be turned over or repositioned to capture any remaining areas before the scan data is aligned into a complete digital model using your scanning software.

Two sizes to suit your setup

The rotation table is available in two sizes:

  • 350mm: for smaller components and compact scanning areas
  • 500mm: for larger components requiring a broader supporting surface

Both sizes support a maximum load of 80kg. The appropriate table should be selected according to the dimensions, weight, balance and stability of the components being scanned.

A rotation table can be a valuable addition to inspection, reverse-engineering and product-development workflows where components need to be captured efficiently and repeatably from several angles.
