AESUB Green 3D Scanning Spray is a pigment-free, titanium dioxide-free, self-vanishing scanning liquid developed for application with a spray gun. It creates a thin, homogeneous white coating that helps improve the scanability of reflective, transparent and otherwise difficult surfaces.

Available from T3DMC in 1-litre and 5-litre formats, AESUB Green is particularly suited to large-scale components and automated scanning applications. It provides an effective scan time of approximately 1–2 hours, with a nominal sublimation time of around 6 hours.

Actual timings will vary depending on temperature, airflow, the surface and material being sprayed, and the thickness of the applied coating. Once the coating has sublimated, post-scan cleaning is generally not required. Reference points can also be applied directly to the sprayed surface.
