AESUB White is a permanent, pigment-containing 3D scanning spray developed for optical 3D scanning applications. It creates a thin, homogeneous matt white coating that helps improve the scanability of reflective, transparent and otherwise difficult surfaces.
By providing a consistent, high-contrast surface finish, AESUB White can help improve the quality and reliability of 3D scan data, particularly in challenging measurement environments. It is quick to apply, cost-effective in use, and is well suited to workflows where a stable, durable coating is required throughout the scanning process. It is compatible with a wide range of systems, including structured light, blue light and laser scanning technologies.
Unlike AESUB’s self-vanishing scanning sprays, AESUB White does not sublimate. The coating remains on the component until it is manually removed, making it suitable for scanning work that requires a persistent coating. Its average layer thickness is approximately 7 µm.
AESUB White is supplied in a 400 ml aerosol can and is formulated without titanium dioxide (TiO2). Because it is a permanent spray containing pigments, coated components require cleaning after scanning.
Always follow the product instructions, check material compatibility before application and consult the current Safety Data Sheet before use. Avoid spraying close to scanners, sensors or other sensitive equipment, as the pigment-containing spray may contaminate the surrounding area.
