TRACKSCANHandheld 3D Scanner

TRACKSCAN is an intelligent 3D measurement system that uses innovative optical tracking technology and state-of-the-art high-resolution cameras to precisely measure parts without needing reference markers.
Its advanced algorithm helps ensure reliable 3D data capture of reflective and dark surfaces. This system can be applied in a wide array of industries such as aerospace, automotive, rail transport, and moulding.

Optical Tracking
TRACKSCAN’s intelligent optical tracking makes the system completely dot free, increasing efficiency and decreasing cost. The cameras continuously determine the position and orientation of the scanner – just aim and scan.
Unrivalled Speed and Accuracy
Through freely switching between different working modes, TrackScan achieves an accuracy up to 0.025 mm and a remarkably fast measurement rate of up to 2,600,000 measurements/s. This system also features 7 parallel blue laser lines for capturing intricate details, and one single blue laser line designed to collect 3D data of deep holes and difficult-to-reach areas quickly and efficiently.

Large Volume
TRACKSCAN is equipped with a dual-camera system designed to capture large objects and components. This system can be extended dynamically by adding additional E-Tracks, without sacrificing accuracy.

Features
i-Hole Intelligent Feature Detection
TRACKSCAN attains a unique feature that enables instant edge detection – allowing users to inspect circles, grooves and machined holes of stamping parts in different finishes on-site without the need to import original CAD models. This makes it an optimal choice for product inspection, reverse engineering practices.
This 3D handheld scanner’s edge detection capabilities are powered by a gray value measurement and an optional auxiliary light module. This allows for precise measurements and repeatable hole positions and diameters, ensuring that every user can receive accurate results with each use.

Versatile Scanning Modes
With three 3D capture modes, TRACKSCAN is an optimal solution in many practices.
- Blue cross lasers enable ultra-fast for efficiency: up to 2,600,000 measurements/s
- Parallel blue lasers enable the capture of hyperfine details: accuracy of up to 0.025 mm
- Single blue laser line captures 3D data of deep holes
Hybrid Scanning
TRACKSCAN supports both optical tracking and market tracking modes. This handheld device also recognises reference markers, allowing users to continue scanning even in confined spaces.

Accessories
T-Probe
TRACKSCAN can be paired with a portable CMM T-Probe (optional with different sizes) to measure inaccessible areas such as holes and hidden points. This contact measurement probe can ensure precise results with high single-point repeatability of 0.030 mm.

AirGo
An innovative and wireless module designed to enable mobile and flexible 3D scanning. It is perfect for scanning large-scale objects, operating in remote areas with no power supply, or working in harsh conditions.

System Cases
Both the handheld scanner and the optical tracking head are packed in robust flight cases. Travel easy with TRACKSCAN.
