“The Marches Building Investment Grant allowed us to bravely take the next step onto our development journey” – Adam Stanley, Managing Director at T3DMC.

Marches Grant Supports Expansion at T3DMC
Shropshire-based T3DMC, an engineering company specialising in 3D measurement systems, has expanded its premises and has announced the creation of four new job opportunities as a result. The expansion enables T3DMC to further enhance its product offering and deliver virtual demonstrations of its systems whilst abiding by the strictest social distancing regulations.
In addition to the remodelled new facilities in Bridgnorth, T3DMC was able to create four new appointments: two engineering apprenticeship positions, a marketing and brand manager role and a full-time sales engineer role.
“The Marches Building Investment Grant allowed us to bravely take the next step up onto our development journey”, explained Adam Stanley, Managing Director at T3DMC.
“We have experienced unprecedented growth led by customer demand for our 3D measurement systems, so we needed bigger facilities and more staff in order to accommodate it. I am pleased to announce that the new job opportunities have already been filled by candidates from the local area. We are extremely grateful to the Marches Growth Hub for all their support. We encourage all small businesses to apply for the scheme.”
The Marches Building Investment Grant, which is part-financed by the European Regional Development Fund, offers up to 50% matched funding of the total project costs (up to a maximum £150,000). Eligible projects are also required to create at least one full-time job within four months and the total job creation projections will be taken into consideration when assessing the level of grant to award.
New meeting room and demo area

“We are pleased to see the developments our grant has made possible at T3DMC”, explains Programme Manager Caroline Cattle of Marches Growth Hub. “Larger premises that can accommodate bigger and more ambitious projects are at the heart of small business growth in our area. We will continue to support SMEs like T3DMC and create employment opportunities in the Shropshire region.”
